The organization buys a block of seats. Their designated seat manager assigns, unassigns, and transfers seats as their team changes — without ever contacting your circ department. Industry first: The self-service seat manager portal lets your corporate buyers manage their own roster from a branded, subscriber-facing page. No other platform gives group buyers this level of autonomy while keeping every seat visible in your circulation reports.

Group admins log in with their regular subscriber credentials — no backend admin access needed. They see their licenses, click into one, and manage every seat themselves:

Assign	Enter an OCID in an empty seat row and click Assign. A real subscription is created instantly.
Unassign	Click Unassign to release a seat back to the pool. The used-seats counter updates immediately.
Transfer	Enter a new OCID next to an occupied seat. The old assignee is removed and the new one gets the subscription in one atomic step.

Institutional Site Licenses

Libraries, universities, and corporate campuses can now purchase concurrent-access licenses tied to their IP ranges. Visitors from the institution’s network get completely transparent access — no login, no registration, no friction. The reader simply opens the page and the content is there.
