Frontline Tracks Reader Engagement With ONEcount

ONEcount customer Frontline Medical Communications is using ONEcount’s unified audience management system to register users and track audience engagement across its network of 40 medical web sites.

Physicians and medical professionals can register on the site for access, or they can be “pre-registered” using ONEcount’s unique, one-click access.

The ONEcount database holds information on registered users and e-newsletter subscribers for all of Frontline’s 40 medical web sites. Users who receive one of the company’s newsletters are automatically registered for the site when they click on any of the “smart links” contained in the newsletters distributed through ONEcount.

By clicking on a “smart link”, the user is automatically given access to the publication web site and sent a reminder e-mail notifying them of their ID and password for future use.

ONEcount is the only complete system to combine circulation and access management as well as lead generation and robust reporting tools in a single, web-based platform. ONECount allows publishers to maintain all of their data about a reader in a single database, giving them complete access to the customer record across all distribution platforms.

A publisher can see all of a reader’s activity through a single console, including subscription history for print, online and e-newsletters, trade show registrations, and even lead activity that has been submitted to advertisers through the publication web site.
